EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO SCRIBE AN IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ONTO A CELLULOSE D RYER. AN UNGUARDED SHAFT END WITH A PROTRUDING SET SCREW CAUGHT HIS HAND AND TWI STED IT OFF.
