EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING AT THE EDGE OF AN OPEN-SIDED FLOOR, LOCATED 14 STORIES A BOVE GROUND LEVEL. HE STOOD UP AND STEPPED BACKWARDS OFF THE FLOOR. HE FELL NINE FLOORS TO THE CONCRETE DECK OF A PARKING GARAGE. HE WAS KILLED.
