Employee injured in fall from scaffold
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was on a work platform 18 feet above the ground, packing mud to bric k masons. The scaffold was three frames high and 70 ft long. No railing was prov ided on the back side of the work platform. Employee #1 lost his balance and fel l to the ground. He was hospitalized.
