Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING OVERHEAD POWER LINES IN A SUBSTATION. THE EMPLOYEE CO NTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED. AS A RESULT OF THE ELECTRIC SHOCK, HE ALSO FELL 10 FEET.
