Employee killed in fall from window frame
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was checking plywood on the second floor and walked out on the 2 by 4 framing of a bay window. He lost his balance and fell 8 ft to a concrete floor . He suffered head injuries and died. No equipment was involved.
