Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEES WERE MOVING STEEL I-BEAMS WITH A TRUCK CRANE. AS THE BOOM WAS EXTENDED IT CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE I- BEAMS WAS ELECTROCUTED.
