Two employees injured in trench cave-in
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was trapped in a trench cave-in while installing a sewer line. He wa s hospitalized. While Employee #2 was rescuing Employee #1, he was standing on a rock and when another part of the trench fell in the ground backfilled. He was hospitalized.
