EMPLOYEE #1 WAS REMOVING PARTS AND SCRAP METAL FROM THE DIES ON A MECHANICAL POW ER PRESS. THE PRESS WAS SOMEHOW TRIPPED, CAUSING THE UPPER DIE TO DESCEND AND ST RIKE THE EMPLOYEE IN THE HEAD. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
