Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING UP A TELEPHONE LINE TO ALLOW A TRACTOR TRAILER LOADED WI TH CRUSHED AUTOMOBILES TO PASS BENEATH THE LINE. THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED A 7200-V OLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
