EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CLEANING A GLUE SPREAD MACHINE WHEN HIS LEFT HAND BECAME CAUGHT IN THE ROLLS. HE WAS BRIEFLY HOSPITALIZED, THEN RELEASED. HE HAD BEEN PROPERLY T RAINED TO OPERATE AND CLEAN THE MACHINE.
