Event description

Employee killed in fall from truck's cab

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was found lying unconscious on his back next to his truck. He appare ntly fell backward from the truck's cab area (approximately 4 ft), and struck th e back of his head. He did not regain consciousness and died 17 days later. Ther e were no witnesses to his fall.
