EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING ON A 7 BY 30 FOOT DECK, 9 FEET HIGH, WHEN HE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK AND FELL THROUGH AN OPENING IN THE VERTICAL RAILINGS. THE CORONER L ISTED A HEART ATTACK AS THE OFFICIAL CAUSE OF DEATH.
