Investigation abstract

A CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A PICKUP TRUCK ON A ROADWAY LOCATED BENEAT H AN AREA USED FOR LOADING BLASTING DEBRIS. A HUGE ROCK FELL, STRIKING THE TRUCK AND KILLING THE EMPLOYEE (EMPLOYEE #1).
