AN EMPLOYEE WAS TESTING A SCREW CONVEYOR AND ITS MOTOR. HIS BODY TOUCHED THE END S OF THE MOTOR LEADS, WHICH WERE UNINSULATED, AND HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
