EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PLACING A CORRUGATED METAL ROOF SHEET. AS HE ATTEMPTED TO MOVE A SHEET ALREADY IN PLACE WITH HIS FOOT, HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TO THE CONC RETE FLOOR. HE WAS KILLED.
