Employee killed in fall from steel beam
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was on a piece of staging or scaffold when he slipped and fell 35 to 40 ft onto steel beams on the ground. He suffered multiple contusions and fract ures to his head and to other parts of his body. He was attended by the air resc ue squad and transported to the Federico Trilla de Carolina Hospital, where he w as pronounced dead.
