A MACHINE OPERATOR WENT TO PICK UP A MASK AND A HAMMER FROM THE SOLDERER. THE MA CHINE OPERATOR WAS WET AND BAREFOOT. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE STEPPED ON A GR ATE WITH ELECTRODES.
