Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE ROOF OF A BUILDING TO INSTALL SOME EQUIPMENT. HE CONTACTED A 4160-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
