Employee killed when crushed by swinging crane
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was standing at the frame of a moto-crane. He was resting his arm on the frame when the crane operator swung the superstructure. Employee #1's head was crushed between the frame of the moto-crane and the superstructure. He died.
