Employee sustains laceration in fall through roof hole
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, a carpenter, had just arrived on site and was on a roof getting dim ensions from a coworker. He was not paying attention to where he was going and f ell 13 ft 3 in. when he stepped into a hole that had just been cut in the roof. Employee #1 sustained lacerations and contusions to the head. A coworker had tol d the employee to watch out for the holes.
