EMPLOYEE'S FINGERTIP LACERATED BY AN ELECTRIC PLANER

Investigation abstract

THE DIRECTOR OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE (EMPLOYEE #1) WAS USING AN ELECTRIC PLANER TO TRIM A CABINET DOOR WHEN THE TIP OF HIS LEFT RING FINGER CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CUTTING BLADE OF THE PLANER. HE SUFFERED A LACERATED FINGERTIP.
