Employee injured in fall from roof trusses
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was standing on a roof truss while other roof trusses were being set in place. One roof truss fell, causing several other trusses to topple over. Th e employee was knocked 10 ft to the wooden decking. He was hospitalized with an injured back.
