Employee injured in fall from roof
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working on a pitched roof with a 25 degree angle. He was using a 2 in. wide paintbrush to apply an adhesive coating to the plywood roof. He was in a crouched position and facing toward the front part of the roof while he was applying the adhesive. The temperature was in the low to mid-30 degrees F. He s lipped on part of the roof that he had already coated and fell forward 11 ft 1/2 in. to a blacktop surface. He was hospitalized.
