EMPLOYEE FELL THROUGH WEAKENED ROOF
Investigation abstract
On May 17, Employee #1 was removing torn off roofing material when the metal and concrete decking on which he was standing gave way. Employee #1 fell approximat ely 18 feet through the weather-weakened area to the concrete aisle. Employee #1 had cuts, bruises and a compression fracture of the vertebrae due to landing on his feet with impact.
