CONSTRUCTION WORKER DIED OF HEART ATTACK AT WORK

Investigation abstract

AT APPROXIMATELY 1:30 PM ON JUNE 13, 1988, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DOING DEMOLITION WORK ATOP A 14 FOOT, 8 INCH HIGH BLOCK WALL. HE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK AND FELL TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. RESPONDING MEDICAL PERSONNEL TREATED HIM AND TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE HOSPITAL, WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD. HE DIED OF NATURAL CAUSES.
