EMPLOYEE #1 WAS RELEASING THE HOLD DOWN CABLES ON A TRUCK LOAD OF LOGS. HE WAS K ILLED WHEN A LOG ATOP THE LOAD SLIPPED OFF AND FELL, STRIKING HIM IN THE HEAD.
