EMPLOYEE #1 WALKED UP TO A LOG DECK FULL OF LOGS. HE HAD HIS BACK TOWARD THE LOG DECK WHEN THE BACK LOG ROLLED OFF THE DECK AND FELL, STRIKING AND KILLING HIM.
