Employee killed when he stabs his heart while boning a hog
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was going to bone a backbone portion of a hog. He stabbed the backbo ne with a knife and was pulling it toward himself. The knife apparently cut thro ugh the meat and hit Employee #1 in the chest, puncturing his heart and killing him.
