EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SANDBLASTING AT APPROXIMATELY 5:30 AM, USING A RESPIRATOR SANDBL ASTING HOOD WHICH WAS HOOKED UP TO A COMPRESSD AIR LINE. THE LINE WAS SUPPLIED W ITH NITROGEN. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ASPHYXIATED.
