Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS TESTING A CAPACITOR ("SERIAL CAPACITOR"; SERIAL NO. 1B85). AS HE INTENTIONALLY CONTACTED A RESISTOR WITH HIS LEFT THUMB AND INDEX FINGER, HE GRO UNDED HIS RIGHT LEG AGAINST THE CASE. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
