EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING IN A STORAGE AREA STACKING AND RESTACKING COILS OF STEEL . ONE COIL, WEIGHING 20,000 POUNDS, SLID OFF THE TOP OF THE STACK, FELL AND STRU CK EMPLOYEE #1. HE WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH.
