The employee was helping a truck driver adjust the rear tandems on his tractor trailer. The employee was under the trailer attempting to adjust the tandems when they slipped forward, pinning is left arm at the elbow area between the trailer and the tandem. The employee was taken to Creighton University Hospital where doctors amputated the arm midway down his left bicep.
