An employee was driving a reach truck. As it passed another reach truck, which was parked in an isle, it struck the parked truck's outrigger. The employee lost their balance in the operator compartment, partly falling out; the truck then swerved toward racking. The employee was pinched between the truck and the racking and suffered a broken hip.
