At approximately 8 PM, 2/3/2015, a worker was struck by a hand-hole cover, sustaining unspecified injuries to the head/face. He was part of an Underground Trouble team assigned to investigate a manhole explosion/no power condition. The initial report is that he was in the process of tapping the cover with a hammer to loosen it when the cover was blown up into his head/face.
