On 2/4/15, worker was operating a Trumf press brake when the punch came down on his fingers while he was setting the press up to operate. Specifically, the worker was placing a polyurethane cover over the die so that the part to be processed would not be damaged. The worker stepped forward on the foot pedal, which activated the press and injured multiple fingers. The worker was hospitalized following surgery to place pins in the injured fingers.
