An employee was operating a stand-up, powered pallet jack in an ice cream freezer. While turning the pallet jack, the employee's foot got pinched between the pallet jack and storage racking, amputating part of the left big toe. The employee's left foot was hanging outside of the rider platform at the time of the incident.
