Final narrative
An employee was walking underneath an overhead door as a forklift was re-positioning a pallet stored above the door. The pallet was knocked loose and caught on the edge of the opening/closing door. The pallet fell to the ground and struck the employee. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured hip.
