Final narrative
An employee was working in the small bar finishing area, when he attempted to reach a spray can of lubricant located on the small bar table inside the guarded area. He was using a rod to manipulate the can closer to the guard rail by reaching over the guard rail, when the carry-over arm struck him, pulled him over the guard rail, and dragged him to the floor. The carry-over arm continued its operation as the employee fell below its operation range. The employee received injuries to his shoulder and ribs.
