When an employee disconnected a rinse hose connection from his truck, residual ammonium hydroxide (liquid ammonia) sprayed him in the face and got in his mouth. He was wearing chemical resistant gloves, goggles, and coveralls. His injuries include a minor burn to his lower lip and a 1/2-inch white patch on the tip of his tongue.
