Final narrative
Four employees were moving a large galvanized steel gate from inside the shop to the outside. One employee went and moved a cart with an auger out of the way. The cart had been sitting on a 1-foot-wide by 6-feet-long piece of chain link mesh, which became elevated off the ground after the cart was moved. The employee tripped over the piece of chain link mesh, falling and breaking the fibula and tibia bones in his leg.
