On 3/30/2015, at approximately 1300 hrs., an employee was collecting recyclables for Lebanon Farms Disposal. After collecting recyclable materials, the employee mounted the recycling truck's side step. While the truck was traveling to its next stop, the driver noticed the employee laying in the street. The employee was hospitalized with a head injury.
