An employee was servicing a Gamco concrete paving machine due to a small hydraulic leak. While servicing the head pulley belt, the employee sustained a puncture wound that released hydraulic fluid into his hand. The puncture wound was cleaned at hospital; however, the employee was hospitalized overnight to ensure there was no remaining hydraulic fluid in his hand.
