Final narrative
An employee was working on the buffering lines running a cable. The jacket came off while he was trying to restring the machine. He pulled the yarn and the dance arm became loose pulling the yarn and causing it to tighten. The yarn tightened around his right middle finger causing an above the bone amputation.
