A pipe was on a conveyor roll and stopped (both the pipe and conveyor were stopped). An employee was about to put a plastic bump ring on the stationary pipe when another pipe was fed in and bumped the stationary pipe. The employee's arm got caught between the two pipes, resulting in compound fractures to the left arm and left hand.
