On July 27, 2015, Employee 1 was hospitalized after being struck in the head by a robotic arm. The employee became unconscious briefly and sustained a laceration injury. On August 12, 2015, Employee 2 was hospitalized after sustaining a foot injury while operating a new stand-up type forklift. The employee's foot was crushed in between a cabinet and the forklift that the worker was operating.

An employee was checking the function of newly installed actuators when they were struck by a pressurized release pipe. The employee suffered fractures to the orbital socket and shoulder, requiring hospitalization.
