Final narrative
An employee was laying a culling table on its right side to access its underside. He tilted it towards himself by reaching across to the far side with his left hand and grasping the near side with his right hand. As he was laying it over, the top edge was approximately 6 inches from the floor when the table legs slipped. He lost control of the table, which fell and struck the floor. His fingertip got caught between the tabletop edge and floor and was amputated. He was hospitalized.
