On September 28, 2015, an employee pulled his truck and trailer off the road and exited to the side of the road. He picked up a large cone and placed it in the trailer while standing on the driver's side. He saw headlights coming towards him and immediately tried to avoid being struck by the third-party vehicle. The vehicle struck the parked trailer at full speed. Something, likely the trailer, struck his head and knocked him to the ground unconscious. He sustained injuries to the back of his body and elbow, as well as a head laceration and concussion.
