Final narrative
An employee was removing a 14 foot jack in a parking garage by releasing clamps on the top and the bottom. While the employee was releasing the bottom clamp, the top clamp that was previously loosened fell and caught his finger between the top clamp and the back. The left middle finger was amputated.
