An employee was pulling the jet rooter line from a storm sewage line when the jet rooter line became stuck on a piece of tile. As the employee continued to pull, the line came loose and the brass tip on the jet rooter snapped back striking the employee in the face. The employee suffered fractures to the orbital and maxillary bones.
