An employee was leaning over the CNC machine to see how the part was cutting. The door to the machine was open and the spin spindles were spraying oil onto the floor. The employee slipped on the oil and his knee hit the rail of the door. When he put his hands in front of his face, the pick-off tool on the CNC machine lacerated the right middle finger.
